By accessing our Website, booking a lesson, purchasing a package, or using any of our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Services Provided

LA DRVNG provides professional, in-person driving instruction services within designated service areas in Los Angeles, including but not limited to West LA, Santa Monica, Culver City, Venice, Marina del Rey, Mar Vista, Playa Vista, Westwood, Beverly Hills, Beverlywood, Cheviot Hills, West Hollywood, Palms, and El Segundo.

Services may include:

• Behind-the-wheel driving lessons
• DMV test preparation
• Multi-lesson packages
• Pick-up and drop-off within service areas

All services are delivered in person at scheduled times.

2. Eligibility

To participate in driving instruction services, you must:

• Possess a valid California learner's permit or driver's license
• Be physically and mentally able to operate a motor vehicle
• Comply with all California DMV requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Booking & Scheduling

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. By booking a lesson, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal information
• Select an available time slot
• Ensure you are present and ready at the scheduled time

We may send automated reminders via email or SMS.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the lesson may be shortened accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the instructor may consider the session a no-show.

4. Payments

Payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to the lesson. Accepted payment methods may include:

• Square
• Stripe

All prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Client-Initiated Cancellations

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours may be charged in full.

No-Shows

Failure to appear for a scheduled lesson without notice will be treated as a no-show and may be charged in full.

Refunds

Refunds for unused lessons or packages may be issued at our discretion. Completed lessons are non-refundable.

6. Safety & Conduct

Clients must follow all instructions provided by the instructor. We reserve the right to terminate a lesson immediately if:

• The client behaves in a dangerous or reckless manner
• The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
• The client refuses to follow safety instructions

No refunds will be issued for lessons terminated due to unsafe behavior.

7. Service Area Limitations

Pick-up and drop-off are available only within designated service areas. If you are outside the service area, additional fees or alternative meeting points may apply.

8. Liability

Driving instruction involves inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You assume all risks associated with driving
• The Company is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages arising from your actions during or after instruction
• The instructor may intervene for safety reasons at any time

Our vehicles are insured, but this does not replace your personal responsibility as a driver.

9. Website Use

By using our Website, you agree not to:

• Engage in unauthorized access or data scraping
• Interfere with Website functionality
• Use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

10. Privacy
