These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the services offered by LA DRVNG (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) and the use of our website located at ladrvng.com (“Website”). By accessing our Website, booking a lesson, purchasing a package, or using any of our services, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Website or services.

1. Services Provided

LA DRVNG provides professional, in-person driver education instruction services within designated service areas in Los Angeles, including but not limited to West LA, Santa Monica, Culver City, Venice, Marina del Rey, Mar Vista, Playa Vista, Westwood, Beverly Hills, Beverlywood, Cheviot Hills, West Hollywood, Palms, and El Segundo.

Services may include:

Behind-the-wheel driving lessons
DMV test preparation
Multi-lesson packages
Pick-up and drop-off within service areas

All services are delivered in person at scheduled times.

2. Eligibility

To participate in driver education instruction services, you must:

Possess a valid California learner's permit or driver's license
Be physically and mentally able to operate a motor vehicle
Comply with all California DMV requirements

We reserve the right to refuse service if eligibility requirements are not met.

3. Minors & Parental Consent

Many of our clients are minors holding a California learner's permit. If the Client is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms, our Liability Waiver, and our Refund Policyon the Client's behalf prior to the first lesson. The parent or legal guardian agrees to be financially and legally responsible for the minor Client's participation in our services.

4. Booking & Scheduling

All appointments must be booked through our online booking system. By booking a lesson, you agree to:

Provide accurate personal information
Select an available time slot
Ensure you are present and ready at the scheduled time

We may send automated reminders via email or SMS.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the lesson may be shortened accordingly. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the instructor may consider the session a no-show.

Instructor & Vehicle Discretion

The instructor may decline to begin, or may end, a lesson at any time due to vehicle safety or mechanical concerns, unsafe road or weather conditions, or client conduct. See Section 8 for details.

5. Payments

Payment may be required at the time of booking or prior to the lesson. Accepted payment methods may include:

PayPal
Square
Stripe

All prices listed on the Website are subject to change without notice.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Cancellation, no-show, and refund terms are set out in full in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. In summary, cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled lesson, and no-shows, may be charged in full.

7. Safety & Conduct

Clients must follow all instructions provided by the instructor. We reserve the right to terminate a lesson immediately if:

The client behaves in a dangerous or reckless manner
The client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol
The client refuses to follow safety instructions

No refunds will be issued for lessons terminated due to unsafe behavior.

8. Service Area Limitations

Pick-up and drop-off are available only within designated service areas. If you are outside the service area, additional fees or alternative meeting points may apply.

9. Liability

Driving instruction involves inherent risks that you assume by participating. Full terms, including our limitation of liability, are set out in our Liability Waiver, which must be reviewed and accepted before your first lesson. Our vehicles are insured, but this does not replace your personal responsibility as a driver.

10. Website Use

By using our Website, you agree not to:

Engage in unauthorized access or data scraping
Interfere with Website functionality
Use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes

We may update or modify the Website at any time.

11. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is collected, stored, and used.

12. Automated Communications

By booking or purchasing services, you consent to receive:

Appointment reminders
Follow-up emails
Review requests
Service-related notifications

You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LA DRVNG's total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services giving rise to the claim. In no event shall LA DRVNG be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

14. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Liability Waiver, constitute the entire agreement between you and LA DRVNG regarding your use of our Website and services, and supersede any prior agreements.

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
